Name

Let’s meet!

Book a free 30-minute introductory call. We’ll discuss your situation, answer your questions, and figure out if Clearpath is a good fit.

No preparation needed. Come as you are.

Or reach out directly.

I’m generally available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific. If I miss your call, leave a message and I’ll get back to you within one business day.

What happens next

After you reach out:

  1. I’ll respond within one business day — usually sooner
  2. We’ll schedule a 30-minute call if we haven’t already
  3. We’ll talk through your situation — no pressure, no jargon
  4. You’ll leave with clarity — whether that’s a proposal from me, a referral to someone else, or just a better understanding of your options

Every conversation is confidential. I’m here to help you make a good decision, even if that decision isn’t to work with Clearpath.

Where we work

Clearpath is based in Kitsap County, Washington, and primarily serves nonprofits across:

  • Kitsap County — Bremerton, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Port Orchard, Kingston, Bainbridge Island
  • Puget Sound Region — Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas
  • All of Washington State — via remote engagement

Most client work happens through video calls, email, and screen sharing—so geography is rarely a barrier. When in-person meetings make sense, I’m happy to come to you.

Common questions

Is there a cost for the initial call?

No. The 30-minute introductory call is free. It’s how we figure out if there’s a fit.

I’m not sure what I need. Can we still talk?

Absolutely. Most of my clients start exactly there. That’s what the conversation is for.

How quickly can you start?

Depends on current workload, but typically within 1-2 weeks for assessments and grant writing. Larger projects may require more lead time.

Do you work with nonprofits outside Washington?

Occasionally, for the right fit. Let’s talk about your situation.
